X-ray fluorescence technology provides one of the simplest and most accurate analytical methods for the determination of the chemical composition of many types of materials. It is widely used for the qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative elemental analysis of environmental, geological, biological, industrial and other samples. Sample types include solids, semi-solids, liquids, soils, minerals, rocks, jewelries, paints, industrial raw materials etc. This technique is a non-destructive, multi-elemental, fast and cost effective.
