A fluorometer is a device used to measure parameters of fluorescence. Fluorescence is the phenomena of some compounds to absorb specific wavelengths of light and almost instantaneously emit longer wavelengths of light. Fluorometers have a wide range of applications in chemical and biomolecules/biological samples, chlorophyll, medicine, environmental samples, dye tracing etc.
