Ticket Sales Information

1. Season Tickets go on sale Monday, August 6, 2012
2. Single Show Tickets and Discounts go on sale the same day as general public tickets for each show.
3. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Student Services Desk or by phone.
   1. The Student Services Desk is located on the 1st Floor of the Administration Building and is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. You may also call by phone at 660.562.1212

   If you wish to order tickets over the phone, you must have a valid credit card. Tickets purchased at the Student Service Desk can be purchased via cash or check.

Reserve Your Tickets Online!

• Season ticket holders receive benefits that include a private reception before each show, VIP seating at select University events and meet-and-greets with select performers.
• Additionally, for as little as a $25 donation, individuals will be classified as patron donors and become a member of “Friends of Encore.” Patron donors receive benefits that include the ability to purchase tickets before they are available to the general public.

Guidelines for Discounts

• Discount tickets must be purchased 24 hours prior to the event.
• Group Discount
  • Group discounts may be purchased in person at the Student Services Desk or by calling 660.562.1212.
• If you wish to purchase tickets with the group discount, you must fill out a Group Discount Form form and submit it to the Student Services Desk when picking up your tickets. You may download that form here.

2. Guaranteed Renewal Privileges
   Only season ticket buyers can renew their exact same seats year after year.
   
   
3. Advance Notice for Special Events
   You will know about the big shows first and always have the opportunity to buy tickets in advance of the general public for any Encore Series presented show.
   
   
4. Savings
   Season Ticket Packages are discounted, offering a $25 savings over single show prices.
   
   
5. No Waiting in Lines
   Avoid standing in line at the Box Office. With your season tickets in hand, you are ready for the show when you arrive at the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts.
   
   
6. Season Ticket Holders Reception
   All season ticket holders are invited to attend an Encore Reception for hors d'oeuvres, desserts and beverages prior to the start of each performance.
   
   
7. Autographed Post Of One Performance Of Your Choice Upon Request
   Prior to the beginning of the season, Season Ticket Holders can request an autographed poster of the performance of their choice. Posters are subject to availability and at the discretion of the artist.
   
   

8. Opportunity To Attend Special Meet And Greet Engagements With Artists Before Or After Performances
   Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to attend Season Ticket Holder's Meet and Greets with an artist before or after the performance. This opportunity is subject to the approval of the artist and must be made at least one week prior to the performance.
