Presides over all meetings and is a representative of SAC to the Northwest Missouri State University community, serving as the spokesperson.
Assists the President in fulfilling his/her duties, oversees programming executive board members, and oversees the organization in absence of the President.

Vice President of Finance & Administration
Assists the President in fulfillng his/her duties, records and distributes minutes, maintains budgets.
Coordinates music programming; responsible for, but not limited to, a minimum of two large concert events in an academic year; Coordinate Unplugged series, consisting of at least 7 acts per year.
Plans and coordinates entertainment programming; Books a minimum of three acts in a calendar school year; Book at least one major act per academic year (Comedian,hypnotist etc.); Organizes noon programming, at least 7 per year.
Plans and coordinates events during University recongnized special events; Works with the President during the summer to plan and finalize Advantage Week, and SOAR events; Helps sponsor SOAR, Advantage Week, Family Weekend, Homecoming, and Northwest Week.
Plans and coordinates late night activites focusing primarily on "alternatives to alcohol" programming; Reserves location for the Late Night entertainment; Purchases supplies and prizes.
Plans and organizes lecture series; may work with Distinguished Lecture programmer; Books a minimum of three speakers per academic year; Contacts special interest groups for co-sponsorship oppertunities or to provide information regarding lectures (i.e. relevant clubs and organizations,teachers, and outside community groups).
Maintains relationship and communication between SAC and Student Senate.
