Certified Student Leader is an online program that is comprised of eleven modules based on the ten principles of Servant Leadership: Listening, Empathy, Healing, Awareness, Persuasion, Conceptualization, Foresight, Stewardship, Commitment to the People, Building Community. Each student who completes the Certified Student Leader program is recognized at the Northwest Awards and Recognition Ceremony.
