About the LDS Program

Leadership Development Series Logo

The Leadership Development Series program at Northwest is focused on supporting students by providing interactive seminars, enhancing academic connections and helping to shape community leaders. The Series was designed to help students develop skills needed to become better leaders in both their community and chosen profession.

The Leadership Development Series is a special training progression designed to aid in personal development and growth, social training and building a foundation for the future. Through facilitated programs and interactions, students will learn how to effectively exercise leadership skills and techniques.

Participants who complete all requirements may be eligible for a $500 leadership stipend or the opportunity to attend a leadership conference for free!
