Individual event entry forms must be returned to the Homecoming Co-Chairs for approval. Each organization will be required to return two copies of each entry form. One form will be kept with the Homecoming Co-Chairs and the other will be returned to the organization after the form has been approved.
In order to ensure accuracy, it is recommended that entry forms are turned in during organizational rep meetings. Any forms not turned in at a Homecoming meeting can be turned into the Office of Campus Activities during regular business hours.
Entry forms will not be considered official until they have been approved by a Homecoming Co-Chair.
Forms will only be accepted during April 1 - April 20 OR September 16 - October 5. No entries will be accepted after October 5 and ALL ENTRIES WILL BE FINAL AFTER THE DEADLINES.
