Individual event entry forms must be returned to the Homecoming Secretary for approval. Each organization will be required to return two copies of each entry form. One form will be kept with the Homecoming Secretary and the other will be returned to the organization after the form has been approved.
In order to ensure accuracy, it is strongly recommended that entry forms are turned in during Organizational Representative meetings, Homecoming Secretary office hours in the Office of Campus Activities, or during Homecoming Executive Board Meetings. If the Homecoming Secretary is not in the office forms can be turned into the student worker at the front desk. The student worker will time and date stamp it and place it in the Homecoming Mailbox to be approved when the secretary is in the office. Please do not place the entry forms in the Homecoming mailbox yourself. Entry forms will not be considered official until they have been approved by the Homecoming Secretary.
Fall entry form submissions will only be accepted September 8th – September 28, 2014. All fall entry form submissions are due as follows.
Forms will only be accepted during September 8 to September 28, 2014. No entries will be accepted after September 28, 2014 and ALL ENTRIES WILL BE FINAL AFTER THE DEADLINES.
