Forms

Individual event entry forms must be returned to the Homecoming Secretary for approval. Each organization will be required to return two copies of each entry form. One form will be kept with the Homecoming Secretary and the other will be returned to the organization after the form has been approved.

In order to ensure accuracy, it is recommended that entry forms are turned in during organizational rep. meetings, Homecoming Secretary office hours in the Office of Campus Activities, or during Homecoming Executive Board Meetings. Entry forms will not be considered official until they have been approved by the Homecoming Secretary.

Forms will only be accepted during April 4 - April 18, 2011 OR September 4 - October 12, 2011. No entries will be accepted after October 12, 2011 and ALL ENTRIES WILL BE FINAL AFTER THE DEADLINES.

Homecoming Royalty

Nominations are due April 8 and interviews will take place April 16.

Candidates must have a minimum of a 2.7 cumulative GPA at the time of their nomination. Homecoming executive board members, royalty chairs, judge chairs, and parade chairs are not eligible for candidacy.

Royalty candidates also must be available for interviews from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday April 16. Sign-up times will be posted April 8 in the Office of Campus Activities.
