Authorized User

Students can now authorize online access to parents or other third party individuals. A Northwest ID and PIN will be created for each authorized user. The student will select what information can or can not be seen such as billing information and online payment, financial assistance and grades.

Already an authorized user? Log into CatPAWS.

How To Become An Authorized User?

Students must complete the 'Authorize Release of Information Form" from their CatPAWS account.

Student

  1. Log into your CatPAWS account.
  2. Click on the "Student and Financial Aid" tab.
  3. Click the "Authorize Release of Information" link.
  4. Complete the online form to create a Northwest ID and PIN for the authorized user.
  5. Inform the authorized individual of their "T11" User ID and PIN.

Parent or Authorized User

  1. Go to CatPAWS and click on the "Login/Enter Secure Area" link.
  2. Log in using your "T11" Northwest ID and PIN supplied by your student.
