Being a student at Northwest during the evolution of the quality movement and having Dr. Hubbard lead and compete for the Missouri Quality and Baldrige awards has had a significant impact on my life and my career. It has been a privilege to help get a new alumni chapter off the ground in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. The pinnacle of our success is bringing alumni back into the fold and rekindling their connection to Northwest. Every aspect of what we do as an alumni chapter is based on bringing quality to the greater community.
