When the opportunity came about to return to my alma mater, I jumped at the chance. After I graduated from Northwest in 2000, I was a news producer at WOI-TV in Des Moines, Iowa, before taking an anchor/reporter position with KQ2 in St. Joseph. I joined the Northwest's University Advancement team in January 2006 as a development officer for the Melvin D. and Valorie G. Booth College of Business and Professional Studies and the Intercultural and International Center. In my current role, I'm responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors to the University.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, Cameron, and our family and friends. I also enjoy almost any sport - either as a participant or spectator. While summer is my favorite time of the year, fall is a close second since it is football season!
