North Central Missouri College (NCMC) and Northwest Missouri State University have worked cooperatively to develop this unique opportunity for NCMC transfer students. The RT program will allow students to transfer credit earned at Northwest to NCMC. The credit will possibly qualify the student for an Associate of Arts degree while earning credit towards a Bachelors degree.
Students are considered for this program once they have earned 75 combined total credit hours and completed Northwest’s 42-hour general education requirements. A student will be notified of their ability to apply for graduation at NCMC and will be asked to complete a graduation application designed specifically for the RT Program. The staff at NCMC will review the student’s transcripts and application and determine the eligibility for graduation. If the student is not eligible, they will be informed of requirement that still need to be met.
You may have already completed requirements for your AA degree, so by participating in this program we can help you obtain the degree you have earned.
You will have another degree on your resume, which can assist you when pursing future career goals or graduate school.
Life doesn’t always go as planned, but being able to obtain your college degree is very important in the competitive job market today. The RT Program can make sure you complete your degree.
Earning an Associate of Arts degree will contribute to your earning power while earning your bachelor’s degree.
You will be counted as an NCMC college graduate for reporting purposes, which helps you and your alma mater-NCMC and Northwest!
