3+3 articulation agreements with selected chiropractic schools allow students to complete the prerequisite courses necessary for admission to chiropractic school while earning a Northwest Bachelor of Science degree at an accelerated rate. During the student's first three years, students complete a minimum of 90 credit hours, including general education courses, institutional requirements, and other courses necessary for admission to chiropractic programs, especially science courses. Upon completion, students apply for admission to an affiliated chiropractic program, such as Logan College of Chiropractic or Palmer College of Chiropractic. Upon admission and completion of their first year of chiropractic study, a maximum of 34 credits will be transferred from Logan or Palmer, in order to satisfy the remaining requirements for a Northwest Bachelor of Science degree.

In order to gain admission to the affiliated chiropractic program, students must complete the specific prerequisites for that chiropractic program. These prerequisites are part of the plan of study for students involved in this program. Students are required to maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA to apply for admission. Students with a 3.25 GPA are guaranteed a seat in Logan's program.
