NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Northwest Missouri State University Board of Regents will meet in the President's Office Conference Room of the Administration Building on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri, at noon on Tuesday, July 6, 2010.

The agenda of this meeting includes a vote to close part of this meeting pursuant to R.S. MO 610.021(1) & (11).
