NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Regents of Northwest Missouri State University will conduct a meeting in the Board Room of the J.W. Jones Student Union, on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2009.

The tentative agenda of this meeting, at 1 p.m., includes:

1. Minutes of the open meeting of January 30, 2009 and telephone conference of March 6, 2009

Note: The Board of Regents will dine together in the First Ladies' Dining Room of the Union at 11:30 a.m. prior to the Board meeting.
