Regents to meet Oct. 21 via teleconference

The Northwest Missouri State University Board of Regents will meet via a teleconference, open to the public, from the President’s Office conference room on the first floor of the Administration Building at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21.

Business before the board consists of a proposed new grant-funded position through the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Division of Community and Public Health.

Subject to board approval of the position, the outreach coordinator for Project Smokebusters will implement current tobacco use prevention programs aimed at grades eight through 12 in Northwest Missouri school systems.
