Procedures for End-of-Year Moving Out
As much as we enjoy having all of the students around, there is a
time when everyone must go. This is how you go about moving out of the Missouri
Academy.
- Starting before
Spring Break, take items home that you no longer need, like heavy winter
clothes or other items that you won't want or need to pack later.
- During the month
of May, there will be a closing information meeting. At this meeting, you
will be given further details regarding graduation week and the check-out
process. Shortly after this meeting, sign up with your RC to designate a
time to check-out:
- 1st
year students should sign-up
to check-out after their last final exam.
- 1st
year students staying for graduation must either
RSVP and attend Graduation Dinner or make plans to be outside of the
Missouri Academy during Graduation Dinner.
2nd year students may
also check-out after their last final, but are certainly welcome to check-out
after the commencement ceremony.
