Owens Library strives to exceed the expectations of its patrons by selecting, obtaining, organizing, and making available information and by teaching its patrons how to identify, locate, retrieve, evaluate, and properly cite the information most pertinent and germane to their needs as students, instructors, scholars, administrators, and life-long learners. All activities are done in an effort to maximize the library's Key Quality Indicators and in the most technologically progressive manner consistent with available resources. Owens Library seeks to be an example to other libraries and to other service providers.
