First floor contains the Library Services Desk, new academic books, Popular Reading and Reference collections, the iPlace, Presentation Practice Lab and Conference room. The floor also offers a student lounge, PCs, wireless, printers, notebook plug-ins, and the Client Computing office and lab/Consultation Desk.
Second floor contains electronic classrooms, the Talent Development Center, Writing Center, the CITE office, and the Assessment Office/lab. The library collections on 2nd floor include periodicals (paper & microform), ERIC documents, children's and young adult books, audiovisual materials, and special collections/archives.
Third floor contains most of the library's collections. Clockwise, beginning with the shelves on the left from the stairway entrance, the collections are:

300 Social sciences
400 Language
500 Natural sciences & mathematics
600 Technology (Applied sciences)
700 The arts
800 Literature & rhetoric
900 Geography & history
Music scores are located along the center wall by the elevator.
The
third floor is a quiet floor. You are responsible for respecting the study rights
of others. You may be assertive about asking others to be quiet or ask for assistance at the Library Services Desk.
Group
study rooms are available on third floor on a first-come, first-served basis, and where groups can meet for discussion.
