Class Descriptions

Core & More
Targets those abdominal muscles in unique ways for a core focused workout.
Cycle Circuit
Start your morning off with a sweat spin bike work out, combined with a weight training circuit for a full cardio and muscle toning workout.
Fitness Fusion
The perfect workout blend of 10 minutes cardio, 20 minutes body sculpting, and 10 minutes core for the perfect total body workout.
Pilates
This popular mat workout concentrates on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance without adding bulk. 
Power Sculpt
Get your blood pumping with this cardio circuit that incorporates total body and low weight strength training.
Power Yoga
This fast paced yoga class will strengthen, tone, and stretch you. Bring a towel, water bottle, and a mat.  (mats available depending on class size)
Stretch & Strengthen Yoga
Stretch, strengthen, and flow through poses, firing up the muscles in the body while receiving a rewarding stretch.
Tabata
Go hard, Go fast. This class is designed to be effective and give you great results in just a 20 minute workout.
Team AMRAP
This workout is never boring, utilizing battle ropes, TRX suspension straps, cable pulleys, and more to get your blood pumping and muscles toning. Work at your on rate.
Vinyasa Yoga
Flow through a series of yoga poses to build a little bit of heat while getting a rewarding stretch.
