Dr. Michael Hobbs

Ph.D. English, University of North Texas

Dr. Michael Hobbs's publications include articles in such journals and books as Teaching Cather, The Waltz He Was Born For: An Introduction to the Writings of Walt McDonald, The Wallace Stevens Journal, Southwestern American Literature, Updating the Literary West, Western American Literature, American Literary Realism Studies in Short Fiction, and Henry James Review. His research and teaching interests include Wallace Stevens, a contemporary Texas poet named Walt McDonald, and contemporary Native American novelists such as Leslie Marmon Silko and N. Scott Momaday.
