Kori Binette
Kori Binette grew up in the picturesque Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts. She earned a bachelor’s from Mount Holyoke College in English and French, and enjoyed the opportunity to study abroad in the south of France. She then attended the University of Massachusetts for her master’s degree in English. While there, she fell in love with teaching and has spent the past few years in various teaching capacities. Her research interests currently include the writer Joyce Carol Oates, the field of whiteness studies, and cultural representations of gender. Outside of work, she enjoys running, knitting obsessively, and experimenting in the kitchen.
