Department of Communication, Theatre, and Languages
Welcome to the Department of Communication, Theatre, and Languages website. We are proud of our academic programs and the opportunities you have for participating in various formal and informal organizations. Because we focus on undergraduate degrees, you have opportunities for significant involvement in theatre productions, forensics competitions, and other activities which are only available to graduate students or upperclassmen at other institutions.
Our academic offerings are complemented by a year-round internship program, where you can gain practical ‘real world’ experience and make contacts for networking and finding satisfying employment. We have scholarships available to students in all majors. Some of these cover up to 40% of tuition and fees. Because our department covers a variety of academic areas and related activities, there are many opportunities for paid student employment.
Our department boasts a highly qualified, energetic faculty who love to teach, to interact with students, and who are experts in their specialized fields of study. If you are a prospective student and are interested in our offerings I would be very pleased to provide additional information to you.
