Beware of bogus emails asking for your Northwest username and password
information! These are phishing schemes and do not orginate from Northwest!
Northwest officials will NEVER ask for your Northwest Account information
via email!!
Keep your personal information safe by never giving out information via email,
not even if it looks like it is coming from a legitimate website or office. For instance, if you have a request from your bank via email for such information, contact the bank by phone or go to the bank's website. Do not use any of the links in the email!
Likewise, with regard to credit card information, go directly to the credit
card website and contact customer service by phone or their website email
address to determine legitimacy of such requests.
MOST legitimate businesses will NEVER ask for personal information via email!
