Client Computing Services

Client Computing provides a wide range of technology support for students, faculty and staff, including, but not limited to, how-to-guide text and video documentation, in-person support for notebook computers at the Electronic Campus Support Center, on-site support for hardware and software of faculty and staff offices, phone assistance for all campus technology users, including distance learners, via the Client Computing-Information Technology Help Desk, and Email password and CatPAWS Pin support. Client Computing also maintains and manages the public "general purpose" computing lab in Owens Library, providing in-person support through the User Consultant office and the Technology Support Assistants (TSA).
