Visiting recruiters travel to the Northwest campus through out the trimester to interview candidates for post graduation employment and internship positions. These events provide a great opportunity for candidates to interview with multiple employers without ever leaving campus!

Next Day Interviews: Wednesday, February 29, 2012 (always hosted the day following Career Day)
Multiple employers attending Career Day will return the next day to participate in our Next Day Interview event. This event provides a great opportunity for candidates to interview for internships as well as post graduation employment with multiple employers without ever leaving campus! These interviews are held in the J.W. Jones Student Union each trimester. The link at the top of this page will provide you with a list of participating employers and the details on how to apply.

Students/Candidates: How to participate:
Some employers choose to fill their interview schedules prior to the interview date by using Hire A Bearcat , which is Career Services online recruiting system used to manage interview schedules, information sessions, and job/internship postings. Interested candidates can sign-up through Hire A Bearcat , found on the Career Services website.

Schedule Types:
Pre-select:
Qualified candidates may APPLY for an interview. All application materials (resumes and/or coverletters) are then reviewed by the employer. Candidates will be notified by email (through the email address supplied in their profile section of Hire A Bearcat) indicating whether the employer of choice accepted or declined their request to interview. The ACCEPTED candidates MUST then return to Hire A Bearcat to select an available interview slot. Failure to select a "slot" is an indication to the employer that the candidate is no longer interested in pursuing the opportunity.Open:
All qualified candidates will be GRANTED an interview slot. The interview slots are limited and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.Fill at Career Day:
The employer will select candidates to fill their schedule during the Career Day event. Interviews may be held during the event or at a later date. Bring multiple copies of your resume to share with recruiters during the event! Obviously, attendance at the career fair is pivotal.
