Northwest: Home to the

Slow growing pine, to 75 feet tall. Growth habit is dense with an oval or cone shaped crown. Bark is a pale gray. Needles are in pairs, dark green, female cones are 3 inches long, blue when young, brown upon maturing, borne singly or in clusters of 2 or 3.
